Compliance with the Amended Whistleblower Protection Act – Points for reviewing compliance systems learned from case studies
Most of the recent cases of misconduct/scandals resulted in serious situations because, even though a system such as whistle-blowing system existed, it did not fully function. In this seminar, the lecturer specifically explains how to review the compliance structure based on recent scandals with the examples of efforts of other companies. The lecturer also explains points for making such structure compliant with the amended Whistleblower Protection Act, which took effect in June 2022, and points to note in introducing a global whistleblowing system.
